About the Project
Best Practices for High-Immersion Experiences Design
The Abraxas Project, under the Erasmus+ KA220-HED framework, aims to enhance the competencies of future 3D experience designers and educators by providing practical educational tools and VR-based exercises. This project addresses the need for innovative methodologies to train designers capable of crafting intuitive and engaging virtual environments for the Metaverse. By integrating advanced technology, cognitive science, and artistic design, Abraxas seeks to set new standards for immersive education.
Through the collaboration of four renowned European universities—Lodz University of Technology (Poland), Universidade de Aveiro (Portugal), Universidad Miguel Hernández de Elche (Spain), and Universidad de Vigo (Spain)—the project combines expertise in virtual reality, human-computer interaction, and education.
